Resolving Thousands of Claims from Train Derailment

On July 5, 2013, the engineer of an eastbound locomotive hauling a buffer car, four locomotives and 72 tank cars filled with North Dakota Bakken crude oil parked his train on a downhill slope in Nantes, Quebec, just outside the town of Lac-Megantic.
