Through our Women@Carmody group, the firm is committed to promoting the long-term success of women by enhancing the careers of women lawyers through professional development and work/life balance initiatives, as well as through training programs and networking opportunities both in and outside the office.

Today, one-third of the firm’s partners and associates are women. We strive to recruit, retain, and advance women lawyers so we can bring diversity of perspective and background to problem-solving  and initiating change for our clients.
