Kevin focuses primarily on corporate, commercial, and transactional matters and represents businesses and tax-exempt organizations in all aspects of their operations, including formation and governance, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, ongoing operations, and commercial real estate transactions, development, and leasing. Kevin works closely with business clients of all sizes across a range of industries in connection with the negotiation and preparation of formation documents, operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and contracts. He also advises financial institutions in connection with debt financing matters.
