Colleen practices primarily in the areas of employment litigation, civil rights litigation, medical malpractice, and personal injury. She previously served as a law clerk intern for United States Magistrate Judge Thomas P. Smith.
Prior to joining Carmody, Colleen was an associate at the law firm of Donahue, Durham and Noonan P.C.

Plaintiff brought two lawsuits in District Court and one in Superior Court. Defense judgments obtained in all three cases on motions to dismiss. Three separate appeals, all affirmed.
