Wes represents public and closely held businesses and non-profit organizations in all aspects of their operations, from formation and start-up through growth, ongoing operations, and exit planning. Wes also represents a broad range of individual estate planning clients, from young families who are just starting out to high-net-worth individuals and families with complex estate, business, and succession planning objectives. Wes formerly worked as a CPA specializing in financial services at a Big Four accounting firm. Wes’s background as a CPA helps him advise clients on complex legal, financial, and tax issues. Wes is a resident of Guilford and received his J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law.
Bridget D’Angelo, Partner, New Haven office
Bridget’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, representing developers, institutions, corporations, families and individuals in development projects and real estate transactions. Bridget has experience in many Connecticut communities and has successfully closed transactions involving a broad range of real estate development structures and financing vehicles. Bridget also represents owners, sponsors and lenders of affordable housing developments utilizing numerous financing sources including federal, state and local funding programs, tax credit equity syndication and institutional loan financing. Bridget is a resident of Glastonbury and received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
Colleen Noonan Davis, Counsel, Guilford office
Colleen practices primarily in the areas of employment litigation, civil rights litigation, medical malpractice, and personal injury. Colleen is a resident of Madison and received her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
Lawrence D. Paelet, Counsel, Guilford office
Larry is a nurse attorney specializing in the defense of medical malpractice claims. As part of his representation of hospitals and healthcare professionals, he investigates liability and causation issues, conducts medical and diagnostic reviews, and coordinates the work of expert witnesses. Larry is a resident of Branford and received his J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law.
Timothy A. Smith, Counsel, Stamford office
Tim’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation in both state and federal court. Tim represents clients in complex business and commercial matters including cases involving various forms of contract disputes, corporate governance issues, insurance coverage disputes, employment litigation, products liability, commercial housing matters, property disputes, and construction defect litigation. Tim also represents clients in land use appeals from decisions of local zoning authorities. Tim is a resident of Stamford and received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
