Adam is an associate in the Corporate & Business Services practice focusing on corporate, commercial and transactional matters. He works with businesses of all sizes across a wide variety of industries and assists with entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and debt and equity financing.
Prior to joining Carmody, Adam worked at an accounting firm in New York City specializing in International Tax. During his time at Quinnipiac Law School, Adam participated in the Quinnipiac Tax Clinic and graduated with the Tax Concentration, with Honors.
