Mari is an associate with a focus in Corporate & Business Services and Energy & Infrastructure. She provides counsel to both public and private United States and international-based companies at every stage of their corporate life cycles, particularly for M&A transactions and general corporate matters. Mari has experience working with businesses of all sizes across a wide variety of industries.
In addition to her corporate work, Mari routinely provides counsel to a large utility company, focusing on matters related to infrastructure, construction, bid submissions, regulatory matters, and commercial and business activities in general.
Before working at Carmody, Mari served as a lawyer in Russia and the country of Georgia, primarily in environmental and corporate law. She also interned with a Fortune 500 company assisting with energy regulatory matters.
